Alex Collins set himself apart as one of the nation's best backs in 2015. Collins' contains a rare combination of elusiveness, power, and speed. He is best known for his ankle breaking jukes, which usually lead to a big play touchdown. Collins is the only running back, besides the great Hershel Walker and the Arkansas legend Darren McFadden, to rush for over 1,000 yards in his first three seasons. Collins would be a tremendous pick in the 2016 NFL Draft, but if he comes back for his senior season, the Heisman would be his for the taking.

Looks better the more i see him. Quick feet knows how to run inside. He's one of those rare guys who you can hand the ball to 40 times a game between the tackles and nobody is ever going to get a good hit on him. Like Marshawn Lynch in that regard.

Do you know just how insane the talent is coming up next year? This year has a couple good ones in Elliott, Collins, Dixon, and I guess Henry, but it does not compare to next year. Leonard Fournette, Nick Chubb, Dalvin Cook, all first rounders. Samaje Perine, Jalen Hurd, Christian McCaffrey, Royce Freeman, Elijah Hood, Wayne Gallman, Matt Breida, Donnel Pumphrey, Shock Linwood, I mean it is LOADED!!! Watch out for guys that will make a name for themselves like Jovon Robinson and other under the radar guys like Elijah Mcguire and Marlon Mack. 2017 is just too damn stacked.

i have him penciled in as a 3rd round pick for the Cowboys, but I know his national popularity will soar once the combine happens and draft day rolls around. Cowboys will have to take him with their 2nd round pick if they want this kid. STUD.

Collins won't blow up at the combine and will probably run right at 4.55-4.6, but he's tough, extremely quick, and never missed a game due to injury

He reminds me of Marshawn Lynch coming out of Cal. Keep in mind when Marshawn was drafted he didn't have that thick frame that he has now after playing for Seattle. He was almost on the leaner side when you look at him. But he and Alex both have that rugged "won't go out of bounds" running style so I think this could be good pick and a good place for him have gone. Go hawks👏🏾

They also share the same, unique lateral cutting ability where they can almost run as fast sideways as they can forward. It's a huge asset for a back who lacks sub 4.5 speed.

As a Cowboys fan I hope we can get these players in our first 3 rounds: A CB in the 1st round: Jalen Ramsey or Vernon Hargreaves 2nd Round: Carson Wentz QB 3rd Round: Alex Collins HB Recap: We might go QB in the first round but I feel like drafting a corner is our biggest need with Romo coming back and Scandrick, Carr and Claiborne being starters next year won't cut it for me. Alex Collins is a pick I expect out of the Cowboys because he's from Arkansas and a sleeper in this draft. Lastly, Carson Wentz might go in the 1st but could drop to the 2nd if teams are too worried about him being a Divison 2 quarterback. Honesty he could be the best QB in this draft in a few years.
