Like anything it takes time and practice. Couple tips that helped me get into sniping knives. 1 a well built sniper makes a big difference. 2 centre dot always on and practice practice keeping it in the killbox. 3 die trying (its the only real way to learn). 2/3 work for knives as well. The knives need to be second nature and grinding mp with only knives can help. Just a philthy casual hope it helps. Ps. The hirise SPX and the Golden FJX are easy to find and are great contraband to practice with.

i will sometimes drop the 3rd weapon in the middle of a fight if i think i will need to run around with faster mobility alot. there is no way to pull out the fist with 3 weapons equipped, you have to drop 1.
