The Modscape Cliffhouse is a render (CGI) from 2014. It is a concept design that was never built. It is likely just a marketing exercise for a theoretical project on government protected land. Pretty important distinction, especially when using it as the thumbnail for this video.

For me, I'm quite lucky exposed to financial planning at early age, started work at 21 and invested to my 401k through my employer, going forward I purchased first home at 33, unfortunately got laid-off afterwards, amid 2020 covid-outbreak. At once, I hired an advisor to help stay afloat, and as of today, I'm only 25% short of achieving my 7-figure ballpark goal after subsequents investments.

Although the Modscape Cliff house DOES NOT EXIST some of the renderings show it on The Great Ocean Road. The 'zero' home is not impressive at all. I have a home built in the 1980's and it's total electric--no gas, no propane, no natural gas and no solar or wind. My monthly cost in total for electric, water/sewer, trash removal, hi speed internet service, satellite TV, landline telephone come to a monthly average of $290.00. I have a security system as well included in that total monthly average. I live in a cold climate with hot, muggy summers.
