Blue light blocking glasses are ESSENTIAL! Something that not many talk about though is that blue light also ages your skin. You can get moisturizer that helps block out blue light as well! Not that you need that, your skin looks great! Ha ha ha thank you for the content!

Amazon has the plastic mats for your floor (I have one). The mat for carpet has spikes underneath to grip and stay put on your carpet. The mats for no carpet are smooth on both sides.

quick advise, the chair in the thumbnail is comfortable but not for everybody. I wouldnt be greedy on a chair, spend 300 bucks on a ergonomic office chair if you work for a couple hours. cheers
