After having a PixelStick (lots of fun) this item seems more of an actual light stick that has numerous uses across many photographic endeavours. As you rightly pointed out, it can be used as light sources, for creating special effects and light painting. The app makes this very appealing to use, as does the tripod it comes with. The codes don’t work here on Amazon UK so the VERY useful discount codes are unfortunately no good for me. Any chance you could sort some codes for us Brits mate as this item would be very useful, and sub £180 is a good price.
