I had a similar situation with my mom too. When I was 18 I wanted to get my belly button pierced and my mother was completely against it. I said that I was old enough to do it and didn't need her permission and she looked at me and said, "I'm asking you not to do it." Her opinion mattered so much to me (and still does) so I didn't do it out of respect for her and I'm so happy I listened because I would have totally regretted it. Great video! ❤
