I live in kalyan and i know this palava city. They are very expensive and very small size apartments are there (Around 1BHK 350-400 Sqft = 45-50lakh , 2BHK 500-600 sqft = 70-80lakh ) . Inside room they have gypsum wall (cardboard wall to save money) , the toilet and washroom are common, Very small kichen (only two -3 people can stand ). The biggest issue is water problem (many time they have to order water from outside) also during rainy season whole area like road side get submerged

If we create side walkways, no overhead hanging wires, no stray animals, no shops or street vendors occupying half the road, ban all the auto drivers who drive like an idiot and chapri drivers, proper parking, proper markings, no honking, trees and grass on sidewalks, grass on dirt areas, no pan ki painting everywhere, people maintaining their behavior our every city will become smart city. Although these should be the minimum standers of a city like these things are just minimum what you get in the west this is not what they call a smart city their every town is like this. but for us to achieve the bare minimum is a big thing. I hope we atleast build sidewalkways, remove street vendors, make street vendors to use gloves and maintain hygiene, remove stray animals, and pave or grass every dirt ground you see so we can reduce dust in our cities, and most important things is to remove overhead wires and arresting auto drivers also those who use horn like an idiot

its all possible, but for that people should change their mindset. like japanese or any east asian countries. e.g like i live in thane there are some lowlevel mindset people who will spit on floor especially those r northern migrants. people should be responsible for cleanliness. there r places in thane that r so rich like european counries. moral is people should behave respectfully and kind towards their infra structure. people from 19s generation they really dont care shit about cleanliness, its what its
