I am from Ohio and there is actually a urban legend in Beaver creek state park about 5 miles from my house. It’s about a little girl that died in the lock next to the creek. I don’t know a lot about it but I’ve been to Gretchen’s lock at night and it’s strangely creepy.

If want to see something truly scary from Ohio just watch them drive. You can turn it into a game while driving through Ohio, count the shredded tires per mile(I counted 2 per mile) and see if you can find a street without an accident during a small rainstorm(careful not to get into one while you play).

There's also an entire town said to be haunted. I've seen figures in windows of abandoned houses, huge tree limbs shake, and an old grinding wheel spin on its own with no one else around. A buddy said he saw black robed figures in a field during a storm. He saw them clearly as lightning struck, but after that split second of light, they were gone. I used to go running in that town at night and I always heard at least one pair of footsteps behind or beside me. Legend says that people have died on the train tracks that run through the town, people have fallen off of the top of the train yard tower and they now haunt the tracks. Cairo Ohio everyone!

I do not know a lot about it but many locals say that's where a slave named Bloody Mary use to live and still haunts the place to this day I believe. The reformatory- ive been there. Its incredibly haunted. Ive beeen there several times, and have had multipule experiences. The "rumor" about a man that set himself on fire is true. The cell where he died has a plauge to prove it. Movies and music videos were filmed there. If you want to learn more, feel free to ask me! I never knew the full story of Franklin Castle. We always passed it in Cleveland when we'd visit my grandma, and my mom would tell us that her mom worked there at one point. Now I know it's more haunted than I thought with the full story. (Great job btw on this video :) )
