I lived in Ikebukuro for a year and have been to Sunshine 60 often! There’s a ton of awesome stuff to do there. Indoor theme parks, a nice aquarium, good shopping, nice restaurants... and there is the observatory, and top floor for the view of Tokyo at night. It’s lovely! Never did see any ghosts, though. There have been a number of suicides off it, though, so make of that what you will?
