As a cook, we also have a grill station at my work where they do breakfast omelets,French toast, breakfast skillets, eggs to order anyway. But we have two cooks doing that station. The side items are also cooked by another cook that replenishes the bacon, country potatoes, exc. watching you replenish your own items! You really are a one man band! The cooks at my job would be complaining if they had too single handedly do that station. I hope they pay you well my friend.

Thank you, that's awesome 👌🙂👍. To poach the eggs just bring the water to near boiling point with some added vinegar, and add the eggs straight to the water, not from a distance, this way the egg will hold it's shape if it was fresh. 👌🙂👍

holy shit 10 seconds to cook a scrambled egg in that frying pan????? Yes I timed it. Guess I've been cooking them wrong for years, I usually use margarine to grease the pan, dump 3, sometimes four, scrambled eggs in, add some cheese, and spend 5 minutes stirring it slowly on a now-medium heat so they don't leak and look fluffy and whatnot. I used to cook it on high to cook them much faster, but then I learned cooking them on a lower heat keeps that from happening. At least it does for me.

Grill too hot for eggs. Too much oil too. A properly seasoned grill won’t stick. Just use a drop of butter, never oil.
