Just one more thing. You're all lovely people.. no doubt about that, but in this day and age I think you should all be vegan, not "flexitarian". If I may, flexitarian is really a term used by people who are yet to become vegan, who are actually vegan minded.. all flexitarianism does it provide the allowance to eat animal products (though a small amount) when one sees fit. What we'e really saying is that we know eating plants are obviously the best idea, so why "mostly" plants and not all plants. Moreover, you decrease your carbon footprint, live ethically, save animals a lot of pain and as a result their lives.. and what do you get, you get to live longer and healthier .. especially a family of yours who can enjoy their riches all the more. Veganism is clearly the answer, "flexitarian" is just its code. Live well, live enlightened, live ethically. You'll want for nothing!
