Swarnika Singh Hey swarnika I'm just like you. Always loved English scored well and now took engineering(was forced but now I'm cool with it.. I think so.) . To convince your parents make sure u get admission in best colleges of India for English. Then please make sure you get an MBA later on and your life is great. Keep doin everything you love doing be it dance, reading.. etc. Work hard to get your 12th percentage high. It is very important for MBAs... Then after scoring 90+in 12th say you won't eat food if you are forced to take engineering and lock yourself in your room. Trust me it works... they will cool down later on... and agree with you. But don't do anything stupid like suicide or anything okay.... Life can be so much more. Take care. Loads of love. Wishing you all the success. Peace
