How adorable is he? And so easy to make. I can see them in garlands, on packages, as a necklace, tray filler, tree ornaments, etc. love the hat but turning is not so easy when all the yarn doesn’t come through straight. But you have magic hands so it’s easy for you. I use a round object to push through the opening. I’ve made your gnomes recently and had fun doing them. I did have a problem getting the needle threaded with twine and through the foam and back again for the hanger so I wound up gluing it on the hat. The needle’s eye wasn’t big enough for the thin twine. I managed though. They’re adorable.

Thank you both very much. Our spice jars are straight up and down, unfortunately. Bit my husband had the idea of using Styrofoam balls. I can sand off the bottom of the top, and top of the bottom so will give that a try. Thanks again.
