@@Praxium Actually Dr. Wily only reprogramed Cutman, Gutsman, Fireman, Iceman, Bombman and Elecman which are the 6 original Robot Masters from Megaman 1+Timeman and Oilman in Megaman Powered Up. All the Robot Masters from Megamans 2-11 along with Zero, Bass and the Maverick Virus, Dr. Wily created all of them himself.

I had no pk ground and I did not use pk omega, and he seemed pretty easy to me.

What I did for the NKC was set up Counter Omega on the First Turn, Use Defense Up Omega and Offense Up Omega on the Second and Third Turns With Lucas. Then for the rest of the Battle I just Attack, PK Love Gamma/Omega, Lifeup Gamma/Omega and Reset Counter Omega if I need to unless Healing Status or PP is needed. For Kumatora you can just Spam PK Thunder Omega, PK Ground or PK Starstorm because they are Powerful and go through Shields and Counters (PK Starstorm doesn't go through Shields or Counters) for the whole Battle unless Healing Status, PP or HP is needed. For Duster, On the First and Second Turns, I use the Scary Mask and Tickle Stick to lower Offense and Defense of the NKC. Then for the rest of the Battle, you can just Attack or use Bombs/Pencil Rockets until Healing Status or HP is needed. For Boney, just use the Shield Snatcher when NKC sets up a Shield or Counter. Then for the rest of the battle, you can just Attack, Use Bombs/Pencil Rockets or use Shield Snatcher again when it sets up a Shield or Counter again unless Healing Status or HP is Needed.

Seriously, when i first played mother 3 i thought this boss was going to be tought as hell, but when i was going to fight it, it was easier than i thought, i beated this guy with absolutely no difficult, and my party member weren't even at full HP and PP, i think miracle fashad was much worst than this

Not super hard, you just have to make sure to really use your buffs, debuffs, and omega shield skills and it can be done with moderate difficulty around level 50.

She does Get it at level 60 but you have to get a PSI fever and then make it go away. That's how Kumatora learns PK Ground, but this person cheated to get it early.

year late i know, but i disagree. Ness and his friends would do just fine against it, if not better. Nintendo just didnt think to put an enemy like this in earthbound. I think at some points i find lucas and ness to be evenly matched, but other times i just feel like ness is the better fighter.
