I met Kandi a few months ago at OLG and she was sooo genuinely nice. She was walking around making sure everyone was okay. She took pictures, brought tables drinks, and smiled through it all. She was there for hours, working the whole time. She cracked us up because my friend was super late and when she saw her sitting there she said “You late, ain’t it? Your friends been here”! 😆We were weak! She’s also just as beautiful in person, and very petite. 😁

This is exactly what I think. I love her personality. She is a very genuine girl. Someone compared Riley to Reginea (Lil Wayne Daughter), but both of those young ladies are extremely humble and kind. I am so proud of both of you. Our black parents have done a wonderful job raising these kids with all the luxuries. You give you baby every thing you want to because I would and give her more.

Kandi, your are absolutely right. When you see your child struggling with something it’s our job as a parent to help them. I was laid off from my full time job and got a part time job. ( I’m patiently waiting a full time job opportunity). In The mean time I am bring home around 1300.00 a month. My daughter is in the 2nd grade and has been diagnosed as dyslexic. I pay a Tutor ( teacher of 14 years ) 30.00 per hour To come to my home twice a week for one hour a day. I transferred her to a school 20 minutes away to be in a better school because the schools around us cater to Hispanics with non English speaking parents and the schools scores were in the teen . It’s my job as a parent to make sure she succeeds as an Adult.

Dyslexia just means your daughter is super creative and conventional learning isn't stimulating her creative mind. Please expose her to art, and when learning her multiplication show her that its division backwards stuff like that will bring out the genius within. Trust me. Im a dyslexic by society's standards. When I realized who I really was, I'M EXTRA ordinary!, in my own right. Teach her discipline, her mind is already all over, not in a bad way, just that she's sensitive to information. Everything's interesting. Shes trying to find the meaning of everything. She has a super heightened sense, to everything. Well, maybe im just speaking of my youger self. I just feel like if it's not handled delicately ADd is adopted which is just a cousin to dyslexia. This is why discipline of the mind is important, In my opinion. Im just giving a small glimpse of what I noticed within my younger self. It would have helped me a lot.

Riley is so pretty and well spoken and I need you Khandi to really spend time with her this the last year while she is still home. She has given so many hints and direct statements about wanting more of your time. Understand your non- purposeful neglect will affect your relationship when she is grown. I know you love her and the other kids , but passive parenting is not the best method. Your busy making those coins for their legacy, but ultimately the time you invest; not material items, is the key to your bond and I know you are trying your best, but just listen and be more aware. I’m not criticizing your parenting, but my mom died when I was 27, so you cannot take time for granted and even though we were close we could have spent more time together; I just turned 50. Then you have the new baby’s coming, so Khandi Kane try harder to hear her. Love you guys and good luck with all your endeavors❣️

Love the close bond that you have with Riley, Kandi.
