I was once on a plane with my dad and there was this guys next to me sleeping. It was my birthday and somehow when he woke up my dad told him we were going to visit my grandparents and that it was my birthday. He said happy birthday and gave me $50. I think I was 8 years old. I remember that when me and m family went for dinner and there was a kid and the mom sitting down with little food. The son was mad at his mom because she could not get a donut for him. Abvously I felt bad, but I do have 379 dollars in my pocket as alouence. I went up to the woman and gave her all the money I had. She odered a donut a kids meal and a 4 person salad. I wanted to buy a gutair but I gave the money away but I was very proud. Watching the small family mad me cry. All that matters to me is if people have a fair life.

@Jessa Romine sometimes it's not their fault. Their parents maybe have not been able to pay for school and being able to get jobs. Maybe they didn't have insurance and their house burned down. Maybe they were left with no money and religion took away most of their money. Most times it isn't homeless peoples fault. They could not have any where else to go other than to drugs or alcohol addictions.

When I was eight, me and my grandma went to a fancy Mexican place for my birthday. I had food left over, and we planned to eat it for lunch the next day. However, we saw two young, homeless, starving men on the streets, and eight year old Ellie went and gave her food to the men. I felt sooo happy that day.
