Wow, i`ve never seen 2 kittens stuck to each other by their umbilical cords. Mom was shy, but trusted you enough to ask for help. The love of a mom-cat for her kittens often overcomes their fear from my personal experience. She`s a great mom and her kittens now have a good chance for a great life.
