Here's the situation that mothers like her need to understand: Even the most intelligent of Straight A+ Scholars who are single with no children, don't always become successful, because a parent like her arrogantly panders them for high expectations which results in low self-esteem, peer pressure, alcoholism, drug overdose, etc... Bottom line, even parents set their children up to fail.

Now that I think about it...my parents were the same way. They expected me to work hard and go to college, but I ultimately got out of high school and decided not to pursue any further education. I started working with my dad where he works for a few years before I decided to get a job of my own that didn't require working directly with family. Sure the job I have now was helped along very slightly by my brother, but we don't work directly together. (thank god...) The fact that I was indirectly set up for failure really ticks me off now. I honestly hope that I can set up my own life separate from them, and not have to rely on them for stability in the future.

I'm always amazed at how mothers can attempt to teach their kids about responsibility but once things go wrong, they try to get their kid to avoid their responsibility. Girls who choose to keep their babies should be honored and respected for raising their child under the most difficult of circumstances and their parents should actually learn the lesson that they want to teach their kids. No matter how grown up we appear to be, even as adults, we don't always have it all together either.

I’m a Pro Life Catholic life starts at conception. One should ONLY have sex when married. Abortion offends God and makes our Blessed Mother weep. Once one is pregnant, one has a moral duty to have the baby. One has NO RIGHT to play god and murder a unborn child. The word of God through scripture and the sacred tradition of the Catholic Church is clear: The life of an unborn baby is precious in the eyes of God. “Before i formed you in the womb, I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart.” Jeremiah 1:5 ABORTION IS MURDER!!! Viva Cristo Rey!

Finally, one who is REALLY pro-choice instead of being pro-abortion. Either way, I still say abortion is evil no matter what the case. I'd consider you more of a misguided idealist, and you remind me of Abby Johnson before she went full pro-life. She used to be a clinic director.

She wanted to hear what I said first. I did have a very good job. The father was happy but had no job, his parents did a lot to hurt us to go through getting married which I don't know why. Anyways my mother told us she try to help in anyway as she did. My sister & her husband down south helped my husband get a job. He was doing very good. Anyways to keep peace & let our sons see grandparents we moved back upstate. My son that people wanted to think for us is a teacher & is Captain in Army Reserves. No credit from fathers side but only from my side. I praise God for keeping my child. I believe God bought him in this world and all children are Gods. Thank you for letting me share.

even though the video is a best case scenario, it’s so important to remember that a child doesn’t have to halt your life. as long as you have a support system (a partner, your family, etc.), you can live just as successfully than if you didn’t have a kid. i also appreciate how the video doesn’t demonize abortions, but instead criticizes the rigid thinking we can have about this topic. every person deserves to have a right to choose, because there are some instances where a child would hinder someone’s quality of life (not that it’s the child’s fault, of course). overall, i really appreciated how the video illustrated that you should be free to make a choice based on both your situation and what you want for yourself.

I got pregnant in the 10th grade, finished 10th grade, missed the first semester of my junior year because my daughter was born on the 1st day, went 2nd semester, went to school the whole senior year, graduated with my class in 1974. No regrets about that.

Bro,this mother is straight up RUDE. My aunt had my 4 year old cousin when she was 19 and my grandma was fine with it. But this mother has the opposite feelings. She wants to legit terminate the baby like its her own body and not her daughters. She should’ve left her alone in the first place. I know this is acting but its getting on my nerves and i had to spit it out.

At the same time, when parents warn you to not do adult stuff, you shut up and don't do it. Don't know why mother went back to the daughter in the first place. Disgusting climax.

Concerning the father -"This has nothing to do with him"? Really?

I don’t think this is what’s best for the daughter to get an abortion. This isn’t helping her children. This is killing it! The mom should never put so much pressure on her own daughter to be successful. This is abuse!

3:44 "but you can keep your personal advice to yourself." What’s the point of advice if you’re not going to share it out? 🤔 🤨
