The fish reminds me of a fish we call sprat in 🇯🇲. We eat it a lot with bammy, bread or dumplings. The foods are similar. Tom will be very healthy if he adapts to the culture.

I think the fish in the the video is dry anchovies which are widely eaten in East and Southern Africa. They’re very similar to sprat

I think Joy,s mum is saying African food is straight from the earth, untreated( without any harmful chemicals).Think free range Chicken,Beef,Lamb ,Goat etc.These foods have no added additives and are not genetically modified.This makes them healthier and those who consume them can successfully ward off many illnesses.
