I had an emotionally immature mother and suffered from the unhealed wounds she felt from my grandmother. I do not hate her and I am no longer mad at her. I forgive her but she will never be a part of my physical life and my soul has made peace with that. I thank her for bringing me into this world and I thank myself for figuring out my purpose and plan for my prosperous future and grounding myself in self love and worth. I am well, free and grateful for the life I have created for myself and those I love. I love and miss you grandma and thank you for everything regardless of the situation and how things played out. Thank you Jess. I've been doing inner child work recently, specifically focusing on my mother wound. I've just recently 'cut the energetic umbilical cord' from my mother. I've realized that she is so unaware of the love within her, that she's not in a position to extend that love. I've realized that we all have a motherly energy within us: our intuition/ guidance system. It is nurturing and loving. These are the messages from that energy to us.❤

I feel like this was divinely guided by god to come to me today. I have Cptsd due to my childhood and believe my mother created a huge lack of safety for me, some of the affirmations I had a hard time believing and reminded me of being manipulated. i developed a personality that was not my own being codependent and fearing making mistakes because it was not safe to from childhood, I was out of touch from my emotions for so long because I didn’t have anyone healthyfully mirror for me that my emotions were acceptable and not wrong. I don’t know if my mother ever said these things to me or that I felt this way around her. I think she may have been borderline as sometimes I think she was safe and other times she didn’t feel that way. All this stuff has come flooding to me the past years due to a relationship that reminded me of her and then being in a unsafe work environment and living situation. It’s difficult understanding these things as I thought my mother was a good parent at least compared to my dad who was pretty much completely emotionally absent most of the time and focused on his work and relationships, but I think they were both neglectful and flawed.

This was so wonderful, thank you for this gift. I chose to hear these things coming from the Universe instead of my human mother. I realized through this that i feel like I have a mother in Earth and a Father in Sky as well as a Mother in Universe and a Father in God Consciousness. So here and beyond we all have loving mothering and fathering energy. Jessica, the only things that came to me that i could possibly add would be "I hear you, I validate you, I hold you" and maybe something about caring about you as a person above and beyond being their child. Ahh the memories... Maybe I'm traumatized beyond the point of repair because these words remind of the times I heard these similar lines, yet they didn't go too well for me. It goes something like "You're perfect to me... (and continues with a 'BUT')" Then I heard the "I love you" usually after being beaten by her.
