For anyone wondering what the rings near the harness are used for. They are for attaching toddler reins so that they can walk either side of the pram. :)

Worst pram ever with rain our brake locked, seeming came undone, the chassis tarnished quickly and a tonne of other things and could not be fixed. 11 months later we ended up getting a refund for another pram.

Hi we have got Journey pushchair and the car seat. Our baby is 8 months now. Just wanted to check if car seat can be front facing. Secondly, I think it's 15kg but not completely sure. Anyone knows what is the weight limit for the car seat. Thanks for your help in advance

You don't need a base :) getting it into the car is the most simple part. It has different colours to show where the seatbelt needs to go to keep it in study x

Hi Ellie, the infant car seat is installed in the vehicle using a seatbelt and must always be used in a rearward facing position.

The lap part of the car seatbelt goes across under the two parts on the top of the car seat mine is coloured blue the part to insert into (I have hot pink version). The across the body part of the car seat goes around the back and you insert this part into the clip on the back of the car seat. mine in coloured blue the part to insert into (I have hot pink version)

yes pretty sure it does.

None. The only car seat that fits the pram is the Mothercare one that it comes with, and it's not isofix compatible. Personally I think manufacturers shouldn't be encouraging people to fit their car seat to the pram chassis anyway because babies should only be in the car seat for 1-2 hours max but people will happily drive somewhere and then push baby around the shops for a couple of hours and then drive home, and baby will have been in their seat for like 4 hours. It's not safe. #rant. Anyway, hope I answered your question (and then some)

aaliyah rose i had a nightmare working this out!! There are little holes on the sides by the pointless ring bit in the carrycot-you have to thread them through to the back. Much like the other bits have to be threaded through. Amazing travel system but terrible instructions!

Hello can the cot be folded with the pram for travelling in an airplane?

Personally, I'd say no. I have this model and even though the carry cot/pram seat can stay attached or be reattached while the base is folded, it may not be sensible to leave it like that whilst being potentially manhandled by airline staff. It is best folded in 2 parts. I hope this helps :)

Ive taken this on holiday many many times - they give you two tags for the two parts - i took the carseat part. Only issue is so many people have the same one often same colour so be careful its not exchanged! Mine was brand new so i worried about that :)

Pull up the bottom of the fabric on your car seat. There's a silver button underneath which makes the the straps extend. Push the button and pull the straps at the same time to extend

Im grateful for this video but it always baffles me when manufacturers fail to start from the position they've packaged the item. This video skips so many steps... If the item is packaged differently over time, wouldn't it make sense to call out all the parts required before assembly/mode changes? It's still a decent video, just frustrating to follow.

This pushchair is absolutley crap. The car seat is very uncomfortable.for.little one and when she was newborn it didnt protect her head very well. It looks cheap compared to other pushchairs too. The car seat hood does not provide any form of shelter from rain, sun or wind and is annoying as it pops up from back in the wind and flaps about. When folding the pushchair away the clip is also very stiff at times. The stroller attachment lining also isnt very neat and doesnt connect to pram. Very disappointed with this pram and should have saved my money to put towards a better one!!!!
