Thank you popxo for this wonderful video..This video😍😍😍 only this video changed my mind and got me out of post partum depression before one year.. I have a baby boy..he is the first grandchild of our entire family on both sides(me n my hubby)..so even if he fell when he was trying to sit or walk..all the elders used to scold me like hell..and also he never slept in nights...i had sleepless nights nearly for 2 years..and bcoz of that I got so depressed. my BP and my weight increased rapidly because of stress eating and I started to be angry at everything and everyone.i didn't take care of myself..i bathe hardly .I never combed my hair..i even started to think of dying..everyone scolded me that I've become lazy.. I explained myself to the elders in my family but they easily answered that they've faced so many difficulties than me in bringing up their children..no one understood me on that situation even my mother..that was the most painful part..but...popxo..u made this video at the right time...after watching this video I got encouraged and decided to listen to my instincts on parenting and not allowed others to criticize about my parenting..I took care of myself and child in the right way..I googled and did research to help my boy to have good sleep in night..and I finally found the way..the problem was he was hyper active and he wanted to play even at night time but I forced him to sleep by singing lullaby.. so he disliked it and got awake in midnight out of anger and depression..then I fixed that problem by allowing him to play at night and we pretend to sleep nearby him.. then after sometime he got bored of playing and came and sleep nearby me..and he never awake in midnights after that..sorry my msg should be too long..but I just wanted to thank popxo with my heart and tell all the mothers who suffer from postpartum depression."come on guys..enjoy your motherhood..no one is perfect.. find your own way of parenting..we will grow up with our children and one day they will say"mama u r the best"..thank u popxo for helping me to enjoy my motherhood and my life at the same time....thank u again...
