Important tip: After you’re all done and you’re left with the dripping oxidation and headlight residue going down the front of the car, DO NOT WIPE IT OFF! You need to spray it off with a hose- if you wipe it off, the tiny granules of headlight, sanding pad and liquid will scratch your paint. 👍

I just used this brand on my headlights, they were yellowish and badly clouded, but after using this they look almost new. It was easier than I thought, and I was done in about 2 hours. Cleaned up and took photos of before and after. Thanks for this video, great product....

That gunk with the 800 grit is the plastic. If yours are really bad use 500 800 1000 1500 2500 then 3 or 3500 grit. It’s a longer process but works great for really really bad shaped headlights with bad pitting. But the best tip is spend extra time on the 2000 and 3000. Actually I’m pretty sure these kits skip and go to 1500 to 3000. You can do this by hand for anyone reading this but it does take a bit longer

I’d like to see initial video paired with a “here it is 6 months later” A lot of headlights restorers make it look great the same day but few make them look good for years. Sylvania has their kit by hand and it’s been a few years since I put it on my truck and it still looks *good* not new but good
@phantomsession98693 жыл бұрын
I wanted something drill operated though since it was a pain in the ass to do it by hand

Any kits that work with sand paper will last a good while the polish is just to protect them from pitting again. The kits that don’t work is the ones that’s just a polish or a wax them suck and are a pure waste of money
