I only have huetopian, and yes my undertone is cool/rosy. I’ve heard a tip (think it was a video from Alexandra Anele I think her name is) of how you can make more wild colours work. You basically fade them out in the perimeter to your face skin with a very natural colour (for you) so the wild colour will not be directly next to your skin colour

Bronze Seduction is my favorite. Second favorite is Midnight Sun and third favorite is Subliminal. I have golden undertones and medium deep to deep skin.

I have olive undertone, but uncooked chicken complection. I love all palettes, the most interesting is 1st, the least is strangely divine rose 1. Tough, I do office friendly looks mostly, and I thought I will love it the most. It took me the longest time to understand how to use these palettes. In fact, to succeed, in my opinion, the simplest way is to treat these palettes as a single and combine only 1 mat ( layer to make deeper), 1 shimmer or special, and 1 inner corner in the top left raw. This is my way to go with them. Sometimes, I just use my bronzer as a mat shade to low down pink craze))) especially with divine rose 2 )))

You’re suppose to use the black under the blue to make it pop. Only own one Divine Rose 1, and like it a lot. Light olive tone with blue-green eyes.

Yes! Black as a base can really make some of her special shades pop! I don’t know if I’ve ever tried a look with that 🤔 - I should! Thanks for the suggestion 💖

Try some of the colors with a black base or a white base. That can make them stand out. I use Laura Mercier shadow sticks. I use V and XI the most. I have really enjoyed your looks and the rankings. I hope you have a wonderful weekend ❌️ ⭕️

I reach for XI so much for the mattes. I just love the pinks. I use many indie shimmers with XI. It is a 2 palette day.

It is your undertone, try a white bass or a beige bass are you mighty but want to try a slightly more pink, leaning eyeshadow base but something very opaque so your undertone doesn’t pull a color a different shade just a suggestion

The motherships are beautiful and i enjoy something about each one. To answer your question: For Midnight Sun - i have a deep skintone, for Huetopian dream and subversive - i do have a golden neutral undertone. I cannot choose a favorite for now.....perhaps in the future😊🖤

It is kind of hard to choose 😂. I think for me there are really three categories: 1. "Wow I love this and can't screw it up." 2. "Yeah I like these and most of the time I can get a nice look with them." 3. "Why does this always look bad?" 😂 Thank you for your input about those palettes! Now I'm looking through your insta to find your looks with these 😉

The boxes I got from Pat McGrath were damaged too. The ones I got from Nordstrom were perfect. What’s up with that?

Yeah - it’s def been my experience that boxes from PMGL have been in the worst shape 👎 - good to know that Nordstrom does a good job with shipping them!

Such a good ranking. Of course some of my faves are at the bottom but it makes so much sense after watching you try them all in each look. It’s so funny that Bronze Seduction was one of my faves when I first started gawking at the Motherships but I avoided it because everyone kept saying it’s a Holiday palette and I just didn’t want a palette for the Holidays only 😂😂😂 But now I want to revisit it! I also want to reconsider moonlit Seduction because of the looks you got. But I don’t think I’ll buy it, I will just rebuild my dupes for this one. Ok so I haven’t swatched all the Motherships but I feel like of the three I have ( midnight sun, subliminal, and subversive); my fave is leaning towards midnight sun after watching your rankings. I have Deep skin with neutral leaning olive ( with some yellow) undertones. This was such a fun series. Thanks!

I do think it could work well as a holiday palette but certainly not exclusively - I don’t really buy into that mindset anyway about certain colors and whatnot only being for certain occasions or season - I say do what you want when you want! 😉💖

Omg!!! NOW I DON'T FEEL SO ALONE, 😆 The only PM mothership I bought is subliminal and I bought it for the blue shade and just like you I LOVE all the other colors BUT BOY THAT BLUE it so hard to blen and it doesn't last on my eyes. Thank you for your review
