They are not hard to come by, you just need to look for your woman in the right places. Some partners can be toxic, some not. When you see signs of that toxicity, break up instead of marry her. Meet decent people through hobbies(piano, art,sports, cooking, etc.) or through workshops(art,cooking, making and building etc.). Not through tinder, online dating, parties etc.

I've seen different adaptations of Japandi interiors. Although this one is very nice, it's too perfect for me. I like a bit more raw nature woven into the materials and not everything lined up square. The furniture is too minimalistic for me as well, I would balance more towards the scandinavian style, with the color pallette and some elements of the japanese style.

1500sqft is hard to come by nowadays . HDB giving you 1000sqft at 700k+ near town . Why they don't want to build bigger puzzle me yet they want to rise the TFR . It's like going on different vector.

Maybe we could save space by having 1 of the bedrooms double as the bomb shelter (with a closable window opening into the living room for natural lighting) & having the bedrooms open straight into the living room so you don't need a space-occupying corridor to connect those rooms to the living room
