Wala ng Motion for Reconsideration the grant of Demurrer to Evidence is equivalent to an acquittal. May right na si former Sen. Leila De Lima against double jeopardy. Unless the prosecution can validly argue that there was grave abuse of discretion on the part of the Judge in granting the Demurrer to Evidence.

Kung malakas ang ebidensya against Delima,bakit umabot ng 7years bago mahatolan at not quilty? Hawak ni Dutarte ang DOJ ng 6years,hindi kaya alam talaga nila na wala talagang kasalan si Delima from the beginning. Pina-delayed lang kaso para hindi sya makapagsalita against Dutarte?
