Just with earphones you note this effect, no matter I really loved the piano feel. Good work. Regards from México city.

I just purchased the The KP612sx and I'm playing a Motif XF. Although it sounds really good, it doesn't sound as in stereo as yours. Are you running your keyboard through an interface or something before going through the amp?

This amp is designed to fail, unfortunately. My KP-500SN broke apart after just 1 year (no criticisms meant for this channel specifically - just MotionSound). My repair guy told me that the potentiometers are not secured to anything, so every time a knob gets moved, it works its way loose. I would ditch motion sound and get yourself a portable PA system of some kind. The Yamaha StagePas 400bt would be great! It's much easier to transport, sounds great, and it's much longer lasting. Happy musicing!

Motion sound totally owned up to the issue. The pots got a complete redesign. the whole board had to be changed. See picture here instagram.com/p/BEXNuR_s152/?

Is the amp noisey (hissing) with a reasonable amount of volume?

I'm looking for the specs, especially power and weight, on all Motion Sound amps.

They have evolved a bit since this amp was released. Go to their website. They have excellent support.

Do you still recommend this as a great sounding, stereo feeling and powerful amp after 2 years?
@jakejacobs1267 жыл бұрын
Yes. However, if you can find a KP-200S go with that. It may be a better value should you find one at the right price.

+musikman337 Its a large sample library. It cant be loaded to a Motif. Its is far too big.

Dope man. Love you page dude. Dude can you please do a vid on those rootless voicings. I know there are many ways to voice but what are some cool ways to do it. Much love man

Hey, have you heard of the "Center Point Stereo Spacestation V.3", how do you think it compares to this? Love the playing by the way. Blessing!

88omarz I used to own a Fender SFX200 which I believe uses an older version of that technology. The way I heard it explained is that with the effect on one speaker plays the sum of left right information. The other speaker plays everything that is different. So in short Left speak=L+R or mono signal. Right speaker=L-R or everything that is different from the left speaker. This causes a stereo image not limited to a sweet spot. Its really quite a neat trick as long as it isn't overdone.

@@BluesCat1980 I still have my space center it def takes tinkering but I can’t get the value back I paid for it soo I ended up keeping it. Use it with my montage
