Mocha can be very tricky, so the two hints you gave are very important. When I first used that program I cursed quite a lot, because I didn’t pay attention to these essential details.

Hey, that is indeed a bit tricky! On set we had an arri alexa in combination with a blackmagic video-mixer. But there are free IPad apps, that can do it (in a very rough and basic way)

If someone is wondering what’s the difference between „corner pin“ and „transform“ in mocha, I have found this explanation: “Use Transform Data when you would have normally used 1-point or 2-point tracking. That means 2D matchmoving, eg matching graphics to someone running. Use Corner Pin when you would use 4-point tracking, eg adding something to a screen in the shot. Or you can use this for some paint jobs if you use the Align Surface too.”
