Great tutorial. And how many hours usually to composite all this project? Good to know :)

Stacking multiple Gen-AI overlays is an interesting idea! Any reason you don't begin with a massive comp, and have Gen-AI create the entire environment at once? ... minus the little circle in the middle for yourself on the grass?

Generative fill has a maximum resolution for the whole area selected, so if you go too wide it will be low res, doing it in sections let's you get the maximum quality from generative fill. It also lets you have more options for the surrounding area

@@BuzStringer Thanks for the answer! I suspected it was something to do with that. Definitely allows more incremental control.

If AI really wants to be useful in After Effects, let it know when I create a simple mask, its automatic mask color selection should choose a color OTHER than a color that matches what i'm masking. Meet me at a useful level before giving me AI things I don't need.

controversial opinion: I hate generative fill, a few years ago all of the youtube tutorials just teached us how to rotoscope or mask or even create fake grass using brush, but now photoshop doesnt feel like photoshop anymore, I have been using every version from 7.1. but it is what it is, this is one of those tech were you either have to adapt to it and surf the wave, or just be left behind...
