1st phrase means "He, the blessed one, is indeed the pure one, the perfectly enlightened one, he is impeccable in conduct and understanding, the accomplished one, the knower of the worlds, he trains perfectly those who wish to be trained, he is teacher of gods & humans, he is awake & holy" 2nd phrase means "The dhamma is well-expounded by the blessed one, apparent here and now, timeless, encouraging investigation, leading on-wards, to be experienced individually by the wise" 3rd phrase means "They are the blessed one's disciples who have practiced well, who been practiced directly, who have practiced insight-fully, those who practice with integrity, that is the four pairs, the eight kinds of noble beings, these are the blessed one's disciples. Such ones are worthy of gifts, worthy hospitality, worthy of offerings, worthy of respect, they give occasion for incomparable goodness to arise in the world"

itipi so = he is bhagava= most fortunate because have the biggest storage of merits done in past lives arahan = convinient to be worshipped for get merit by all animals , humans , gods and high gods . and also havent done any sin any day samma sambuddho= has realized every thing that should be realized ,has eliminated all that should be eliminated has developed all things that should be developed without a help of any teacher. vijjacharana sampanno= who can perform any miracle . who have fully developed spiritual abilities to levitate, walk on water , read others minds , recall past lives, do anything abnormal etc.. sugatho= have extremely pleasant apperance , speech and ideas lokavidu = knows everything about universe anuttaro purisadhamma sarathi = who guide bad / stupid people to the good path and train them to attain enlightenment sattha devamanussanan = greatest prophet and teacher of both men and gods buddho= the person who realized four noble truths and make others also realize bhagava= the meritorious one understand the meaning and analyze from mind
