Day 3 - Mountain Driving & Cleetus Saves the Day with a Water Pump - Rocky Mountain Race Week

So day three started a little rocky (see what I did there?) with a breakdown in El Toro just after the start of our 11+ hour drive. Luckily we have a friend named Cleetus who was able to help us out! Breakdowns are really part of the game on a long Drag and Drive event.
Got the car going, hit the road again, got into the mountains and eventually got to Denver.

I miss home. I had the greatest warehouse in Denver. Now it's a club called Beacon at 2854 Larimer st. I lived there for 12 years. I had the most fun restoring old A body Chrysler cars with my dad. He was a original hire at the Belvidere Chrysler plant in 1965 as a dingsman. He fixed the cars that were damaged on the production line. I really miss the older Denver from the 90's. That's when things were the best there before legal weed.
