@@windman420 is it? Usually a company needs that kind of cash infusion for one of two reasons. 1. They are insolvent and close to bankrupt, and hoping cash will get them through a slump. 2. They want to expand production facilities and branch into a sector of the market they do not have any experience in. Because if business was so good they couldn't keep up they would typically be liquid, and would ha e projected sales etc to simply go to a bank. I'm not dogging them, I hope they survive and flourish. But generally speaking when a small business has to sell a percentage of the company it's a desperate attempt to survive. Of course, it could be they feel like the added sales, increased market exposure through Cleetus being an owner will help them grow, they are financially stable but have the available credit maxed out.

Just some basics of business, if they were profitable, had no trouble supplying product to the market, they typically do not sell such a huge percentage of the business. These are tough times we are living in for small business owners, I hope they survive and flourish.

@@b.c4066 MotionRW had invested in big heavy new equipments, they wouldn`t it if they think they would go broke, after my opinion. But if one investor with millions of followers would or could invest in their company that would off course boost their both businesses, why wouldn`t them? So I think both Doug and Garreth are very clever and both of them will get the best of it! Recalimer: English isn`t my first language so sorry if I spelled something wrong.
