thank you for a straightforward video… some of the other videos it's like some of these guys are totally spaced out on drugs… 40 minutes to do what can be done three minutes… Your video was refreshing thank you so much for being here

Duuuuuddeee…THANK YOU for this video! I started to get into “real” rc (not just kb toys cars, first was a Traxxas stampede) in 1996-97, and I JUST got back into it at the age of 40. These trucks / cars are WAY quicker & torquey now! That being said - got my 7yr old stepson a stampede (base model xl-5), and it took him a bit to control it. He’s GREAT with it now. I did get him in over his head, admittedly…had to fix a BUNCH of stuff on it. He’s OBSESSED now, and has been watching trick vids. I’m thinking that I’m gonna get him your same truck to train / learn how to jump, and I’m just going to use my big rock V3, then…fix it when I break it. 😂 😅. Got some 6s shocks and the proper bushings that I’m about to put in as soon as I’m done typing! Kudos, and will subscribe!! 🤙👍

Appreciate that so much and thanks for watching. These low priced models are perfect to learn anything on whether your a beginner or a veteran. Why make expensive mistakes. Bash these around, grab spares and practice until you feel confident to do the same with bigger cars. Best of luck to you!

Just like jumping dirt bikes. Throttle blipping. I'm a plane guy, but I jump moto's. Do they have brakes? You can use brakes to drop the nose too maybe.

yes, all the xk models brakes

Great video. It does take some practice just like anything. You provided some really great tips. If you can find an area that transitions from a hard flat surface, like concrete for your approach to a soft area to land in like grass, that's ideal. Avoid skate parks. Thanks for sharing. 👍👍

1/5 kraton exb and kraton 6s exb they like to get sideways and lands on the left or right wheels. How do i keep it flat in the air without having a speed wobble?

Practice mostly. You can also get a Corner Weight Scale System w/4 Scales which you can see if maybe your car is weighted to much to one side causing it to always lean in the air. You would then have to add weight to balance it

1/10 1/12 at the smallest size jump best for me . 1/8 size doesn’t land as nice as the 1/10 . Judging from granite 1/10 and k6s 1/8 is bouncier and more breaks for me personally . 1/10 is the size 👍

does 4 wheel dr vs 2 wh dr make a difference in these mid air spins?
@MotionRC3 жыл бұрын
shouldn't, comes down to torque. This little one has plenty
