No. This is not a website lol. This is a front end. If you are trying to capture anything at all, you need to develop a back end too ~ especially for a site you’d want to order from. Unless it’s just like a digital menu 🤷🏻‍♀️

HTML isn't too difficult to learn, spend maybe 2 weeks to a month and you will learn the whole language and then add on to that website idea :)

It's not complete. - Yes. You've got the bare minimum to display a page in code. Then you've got a comp or mock up of a page for a pizza place. That's it. Yes AI is great and it is great for stuff like this, but. Yes you could take this and Actually have someone do it for you on Fiverr. Which probably requires some coding. - But this is not a website in 7 minutes.
