For example Rajasthan mein Civil Services ka apna ek proper cadre hai RAS usme RPS(Police),RAS(Administrative),RES(Engineer),RRS(Revenue),RAAS(Accounts) aur aisi bhot services ke officer cadre hai, toh Rajasthan mein toh Promotions maintain hotey hai and time pe hote Hain. Aapko Rajasthan mein senior positions pe RAS,RPS officers mil jaynge bhot easily. Actually MP,UP,Bihar mein aise exclusive rules based premier services ni hain,isliye dikkat hoti hai.

Ek Dsp ki life hum batate hain ek Dsp ke under me district ke size ke hisab se 4 to 5 police station hote hain unme hone vale mukdame ki vivechna karna hota hai 302,, 307 ke etc or inme khub kamai hoti hai, under police station se har mahine 20000 to 25000 per than se Inspector deta hai or Dsp usme se cut additional s P ko deta hai or further Ad s p S P ko or fir ayse hi upar tak home department tak ayse hi ye system chalta hai
