To me, It's my firm belief that the best way to change the world for the better is to change yourself for the better. There are three essential things in life, three things that we all have and we must embrace them. Time, what we do with our time. Energy, where we are focusing our time. Attention, where we put our focus.

This speech is so powerful! Goggins' journey from weakness to strength is truly inspiring. The lesson here is that growth comes from pushing yourself through discomfort. What’s your strategy for staying disciplined when motivation fades?

You will find toughness in a comfortable environment you'll find actually people and families that are hurting each other and they'll call it a comfort and comfortable environment but is it I wouldn't call it to me comfortable is nothing you are doing because I've had eight failed back surgeries what do you say to someone like me who was born with a disability called Sherman's kyphosis and I had no path I had no place on this Earth there are already children that are getting palliative care AKA euthanized at the same hospital that I had mine but because the policies changed after I had mine and 05 the kids from 2015 to 2020 got a chance for palliative care and now they don't use Harrington rods in the back they use extending growing rods I don't even know how they do it but that's our technology for us

Once you've transformed there's no need to run again it's okay to jog like every morning but it's not okay to do massive marathons like my dad did and get runner's heart and then his because what does it makes the arteries around the heart very thin and when they have a heart attack and they put in a stent it's going to end up slicing your arteries and you're going to bleed out almost like my dad did and then he gave up on life and died in a f****** reclining chair where my 12-year-old brother was told by 911 to do CPR on him while he's in a f****** reclining chair but he's dead now he had Runners heart
