This year on January 16th at 42 years old, my wife at the time told me I was on my own during an argument. That day lit a fire inside me and I realised if I wanted something I had to take it and not wait around for it to be given to me. Since that day I have progressively overloaded myself and challenged myself in ways I couldn't imagine 3 years ago. I've gone from 382lbs to 295lbs today. From 42% body fat to 34% body fat. From not being able to do 1 push up to doing 30. And all that has come from being told I was on my own. My journey is far from over but my vision will be a reality. Be consistent. Invest in yourself. Fill your internal cup first before filling up everyone else's cup because when your cup overflows it will fill up the cups of those around you. And most importantly, remember it's the smallest things done consistently every damn day that lead to the greatest successes. If you are reading my message to this point, you've got this. Now go and take it.

On December 24,2021, I almost died. While walking inside the house, I fell very hard and couldn't walk but crawling. Went to the hospital to recover and went to rehabilitation to gain my strength 💪. Left rehabilitation in February and went home. Had a physical therapist came to my house for exercises.After this, I performed 100 bed situps and 100 wheelchair push-ups for six months. Continue to exercise daily with dumbbells Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Start to bodybuilding and taking care of myself. Exercises save my life. I wanted to share my testimony.

Ill be 61 years old next month. I started working out with my dumbbells. Been working out for around 9 months. I have pants that i have owned for over 6 year's. They were snug when i first put the on 6 year's ago. I have to wear a belt when i go out in public now because my pants are so loose on me. Im also a type 2 Diabetic. Im not on meds currently. And since i have been working out. I have not been sick like i usually am.

I am 60 years old I used to weigh 400 lb and in a power chair then I met a doctor he took me off all different medication and lost about 40 to 45 lb of water weight he told me that if I did not change I would not live to see another six months So I started changing I go to the gym 4 to 5 times a week One Sunday I walked into church no power chair no Walker walking on my own when the congregation saw that it was a miracle in front of their eyes Everyday I am grateful to go to the gym to workout and asset example for others this is my purpose and to share smiles.😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
