The Crue remains at the top of my list of favorite bands EVER! I am a child of the 70s & 80s myself and I first learned about Motley when my older stepbrother moved back home to live with us again from his bio Dad's place in San Bernardino, CA near L.A. When he arrived he had 3 cassette tapes with him - "Metal Health" by Quiet Riot, "Out of the Cellar" by RATT and "Shout at the Devil" by the Crue from 1983...needless to say, I have been a huge fan of this music ever since. I first saw them play live in 85 during their Theatre of Pain tour with Autograph opening for them. "Home Sweet Home" is still my favorite song overall, I think. Excellent recommendation, my friend. When this LP came out, Vince Neil came and sat with me for two hours during my radio show in Dallas. No interview, just wanted to chat. And I couldn’t mention he was there until he was gone. Gave me front row seats and backstage passes. The day of the show, my daughter got chicken pox. I missed it...but partied with them a couple times since. Everyone but Vince, darn it.
