First compare the price of the phones. Moto g54 base variant comes within 15k and except all others come 20k+. And all except moto has amoled or poled displays, means battery consumption is less than than of moto g54 due to its ips lcd panel. It would have mattered more even if the price segment was matching, let go the specifications.

If you are leaving the battery setting in background it will remain same when you open it. If you want to see new change in numbers of battery then you hv remove the settings from background and again reopen the settings

Moto edge 40 neo has consumed more battery due to its brightness and processor,it gives 1300 nits which is unbelievable. So, it will absolutely consume more baterry (c'mon sense). Except Vivo t2 pro due to its processor.
