Absolutely fantastic lessons on learning how to use the Moto G Pure. You have answered lots of questions and taught techniques that I wouldn't have even thought to ask. thank you VERY MUCH! Excellent teacher! One item which I don't think you treated, unless I missed it was how to erase messages and phone calls. I'm guessing that it's probably swiping to one side.

Thank you for doing such a magnificent tutorial. I just bought this phone for my son who will be coming to android from an iPhone. This will be wonderful for him to follow along to familiar himself. I am setting it up for him. He will be able to personalize it later. My son is a little sluggish on the move to android, but after seeing all these great features, I believe he will be able to appreciate all Android OS has to offer. 😉🌻

How do you get the keypad to appear? I didn't see any info. how to get to it-you just seem to assume a beginner already knows this, so it looks to me you just bypassed this step and went right into other tasks. In my case, I couldn't get the keypad to appear, so I was unable to do any of the subsequent keypad related tasks you demonstrated in this video ! Please add this info. as this is supposed to be for beginners, like me. Thanks.

I echo the comments below.Was ready to throw the phone in the garbage. I just got it free from tracfone because of the network change and my slider was too old. Am getting better at set up. Now if tracfone could transfer me and make it work for phone calls I would be all set. Spent several hours on my voip phone with them to no avail. They were supposed to call me back but never did. I will have at it tomorrow. Unbelievable that a phone company can't get a brand new phone working on their network. SMH

right you are! I spent 4 hours with 6 different customer service people trying to solve a problem. The nightmare started when I bought the miserable thing.. Weeks later I find I am paying for the service but my account was cancelled.....in 2019. I bought the phone this year. They can't (won't) tell me how/who is getting my money. told me to call my bank. Bank tells me to call Consumer Cellular. I did find out that they have my phone number WRONG and it can't (won't) be changed. I finally got a message from a tech about how to do a 'Hard Reset". Said he'd email the instructions. 6 hours ago and I'm still wanting.
