Had the same issue...try to find a hooked pick tool. Harbor freight sells them...kind like a dental pick. Insert and pry out using the hook.

With my grandmothers phone I just straight up couldn't get the sincere to sit in the slit unless it was in the incorrect way ? I don't even know lmao, Had to take it back to the shops and get the helpful staff to do it for me ...which is again do you know how degrading that is ? Bro i couldnt figure it out, i had to rage quit and take it back to the shop, absolutely wild, It was my grandmother's phone i was trying to set up, I even took the sim out of my own phone to compare them, but didnt help, I'm convinced they did this on purpose to mess with us, im just saying, nobody would of got 165k views for a "insert sim into nokia 3315" because it basically did it itself, Outside of not wanting people to change the battery, the only other thing i can think of is "they wanted the phone to look futuristic" And if that's the case, how goofy is that !?, making something less efficient becuase "well it looks cool and technical" 🙄

@@shovelheadseven Yes!! 😁 So, I ended up needing to just slow down and move the tool around a bit to figure out where the "spot" is that makes the tray pop out. Simply pushing the tool in doesn't work there's a spot more on the side that makes it pop out. It took awhile but once I figured it out it was okay- I hope you get yours open!

​​@@R34M you made my day, I couldn't figure out how to insert the simcard, and i was embarassed and frustrated, but reading your post reassures me I'm not alone with this stuff and makes me feel better Also, I think I was using an incapable simcard for the phone, i was doing this for a friend, and didn't think about that I just assumed it would work, that would also explain why it fit perfectly the wrong way in ?? Lol But anyway I think I know what's going on now, taking it back to the shop to get the friendly staff to help us out !
