Rendume okay than ragu. But naama center le tweezers pudichom na aadhu sometimes balls ah disturb pannom. So better is side method. Or we can use for emmc, center le pads irukadhu so appo naama center le kooda pudikalam. For cpu side le pudikardhu best...

Reason for direct cpu reball might be pon_reset will be stable with 1.8v and ps_hold will not getting the proper voltage of 1.8v so i think you are straightly going to cpu reball

There is no need to check pon and ps hold as the mobile already detected port. but your answer is correct in a way.

Hi sudheer, no glue is easy for desoldering. But as reliability underfill (glue) plays an important role. Better heat distribution to motherboard. Better physical shock absorption, protection form liquid,etc...

If port detected means primary and secondary lines are ok. Cpu is receiving proper voltages and we need not to check for shorts. If not detected means we have to trace from primary line itself. Generally when connected to computer it will display the soc name eg qualcomm,mediatek etc..

Yes, I also face this issue in ufi. Change voltage. I usually use 3.0 for vcc and 2.8 for vccq. I will be detected. If not try different voltages

Make sure your balls are even and you use good quality ppd. And also apply proper thermal paste. It is very important.
