How long can your passenger/pillion ride and feel comfortable on the seat? Im having trouble finding opinions on the pillion seat comfort. Thanks!

It's hard to tell, cos my lady, she can seat on whatever for a long time and does not complaining at all :) but let's say, that you can handle one day ride, but more full days in a row in the saddle of V100 could be a problem... but than again where there is a will there is success!
