Riding up to Woodstock back in the day must be quite the memory. Much respect. Thanks for sharing

@@stephendodd9360 Yes, that was a memorable ride on my Honda CB 450. When I look back at those crazy times it amazes me that I made it through them.

The countryside reminds me of Dumfries and Galloway, here in southern Scotland. Your houses are larger and appear to be of wood where as we tend to use stone or brick. I ride a tt850 which is suited to the roads here.

Scotland is one of my favorite locations in the world. My ancestors are originally from that beautiful country. We must never take it for granted the amazing natural beauty of this planet that provides us with a paradise environment to enjoy our lifetime adventures. Thank you for watching and enjoy your rides on your Moto Guzzi.

@@peterlaws1653 Hello Peter, yes I still have this Moto Guzzi V85 Travel. I have to admit that when I first thought about buying one I was hesitant. Mainly because of the impression I had of the older models in the early days. I figured the only way to really find out if I like it, is to purchase one and ride it. I have to say that I am pleased with the overall performance and quality. I’ve had the opportunity to try out the newer models, and they are even more refined and a good value for performance and pricing. Thanks for your comment and be sure to check out the new Moto Guzzi models if you have a desire to learn more about them or may not own one already.

@@lifetimeadventures9107 that's great, yep I had a little Breva great little bike but sold it about eighteen months ago, I think I would probably still go for 20 or 21 age 850 just from the expense point of view, good job

Well, without a doubt, the 20 and 21 models are definitely priced at a reasonable level right now. With the introduction of the newer V100 models and the updated valve and transmission on the 24 and 25 850s, a lot of people are looking to upgrade and offering their motorcycles for sale or trade-in, which can be obtained at a very reasonable price. Here is a link to a review of the newer model 850. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZyulHecqLaVocksi=wcNyVfOBMzA5-40g
