Some serious nostalgia watching this. Some of my earliest memories are playing this, along with Tonic Trouble, DX Ball, Jazz Jackrabbit 2, and others. I remember on this game, I hadn't unlocked a track yet, but I thought the reason I couldn't play it was because of my weight. I was always asking my parents to play it for me as they were heavier, but it wouldn't work. A really abstract memory - i guess even before basic concepts such as succeeding in something to progress to the next stage had been introduced to me. Really fun game.

By tapping turbo (keeping the wheel half way up) you can maintain the boost for longer, you just need to be more careful in curves.
