@@moto-moto я езжу на классике ямаха драгстар 1100 Ещё если честно ищу сообщество в Англии русско говорящие на мотоцикле.

Ездить можно везде, но, Если я не ошибаюсь то мотоциклам до 2007 года вьезжая в "ultra low emission zone" тоесть центр, надо платить 12 фунтов в день. Но это не точно . Погугли "ULEZ" там можно вбить свой номер и он тебе скажет под какую категорию твой мот подходит.

А насчёт русскоговорящего сообщества на мотоциклах я не слышал , я так то сам по себе . Не люблю толпой ездить ,это хаос и опасно

Is Mr Bean well known by Russians? Good message to the driver, I'm sure he's lying about not knowing if he genuinely didn't know he should probably not be on the road. That being said many scooter riders ride terribly as seen in your other clip haha.
