I would like to remind the commentator that if there has been no contact it is thanks because Tony has moved twice to avoid contact. in our part these are called incorrect maneuvers a serious commentator shouldn't have flag signs

Beaubier has done that move a lot in his superbike career. He's driven people off the track with that late move. However, it's not considered illegal. And as Tony has said "he'll remember", which means he's most likely going to do the same dive bomb move to Beaubier in the future. At this point 3 yr. in the future that dive bomb has, what I would consider, to be Beaubier's signature move.
