@RPDXCКүн бұрын
I'd take a risk with them if I really wanted a ktm bike. K don't think the brand is going anywhere. They are determined to survive one way or another. But I've heard many bad things about their customer service and getting oem parts when you need them. They would also have to throw in all their rider aids for free, for me to buy one new. Having to pay another grand just to unlock stuff already on the bike, was a terrible decision by ktm.
@kostasjezuz48465 сағат бұрын
All moves to save the company where already planned BEFORE they made (by themselves, not a leak through media) the announcement about the economic problems. The rescue plan is already well in motion. I'd buy the KTM if the pricing was good and they threw in all the extras for free that are already on the bike but you have to pay extra to unlock... I'd never buy a KTM if I have to pay extra to unlock these features though.

Really.... Kawasaki don't care about bragging rights. Remember the Hayabusa and Kawasaki rushing to develop the Ninja 1400 to pip the Busa or how about the H2 and all the other Supercharged variants. Lastly all their ram air claims for their supersport range that can't be proven on a dyno but somehow push the peak power to just over what the competition were to claim. Kawasaki are the biggest spec sheet competitors in the industry.

Ninja 1100SX: so far in the aftermarket (yes, ECU tuning has begun), it's tuned to 140 wheel hp (@10k rpm), and a whopping 86 ft-lb torque (@ 7k rpm). More tuning coming! Ducati V2 engine: very good direction with VVT, valve springs, light weight, broad usable torque. Long live v-twins. KTM 990 RC R: I really do hope KTM survives, and their parallel twins no longer have problems. I do hope this, don't want to see them fail. S1000RR: got to be the UGLIEST FACE in superbikes. I bet nothing happens below 9,000 rpm. Panigale V4S: Best looking superbike in the business, minus the catfish whiskers. By far the most advanced technologically. No stupid 1L limit, with 1103cc. Reverse rotating crank. MV Agusta F3 Competitione: 160 horsepower from a 800cc triple? SERIOUSLY?!! The price is outrageous, yes.
