You are using alot of core to keeps balance on a machine going 40+mph. your hands can cramp up from pulling on the clutch and brake levers. You have to cushion yourself when comming down from 30+ foot jumps using your legs and muscles. You must control a 250lb machine constantly shifting not only your own weight but the weight of the bike. Alot of core strength required to shift while in air as you must squeeze the bike between your legs to keep from being separated from it. I can honestly say that motocross is much more exhausting than football.

I am a motocross lover, but I see why. More People like soccer because it’s a lot cheaper to get into and most people played it in their youth. While motor cross, not as many people rode, and less people got into it. I still think Roczen should get payed a LOT more than he does.

In football, pretending a fall or lack can give you an advantage over the opponent in the match, that is why they exaggerate everything, they look for an advantage, it is a dirty but strategic move. Now we go to motocross, what do they gain with pretending? Nothing.
