I have been racing dirt bikes and cars for 40 yrs. Before every single race in my life my body gets the fight or flight response and everything that is inside becomes outside. It's just the way it is. I am very knowledgeable of dozens of tracks bathroom facilities LOL

I love endurance events and this year I spent several hours getting an endurance race setup. You spend a lot more time sitting and that changes the balance of the bike and how the suspension on the front and rear work. I was surprised how different the "race" settings are from the "slow but steady" settings. Love the videos!

I love the 24 hr races so Much fun! I’ve been doing northeast 24 hr challenge for think going 9-10 years. I raced gncc jdays hate scrambles and moto all season long whatever race is going that weekend. But for the past 3 years I took off and only ride 24 hr race every year lol don’t ride once all year but 24 hr I ain’t missing lol I’d love to do the glen helen 24 and Georgia one. Feel like out of all the races I’ve done and do nothing beats the 24 but I’m also on 4 man sportsman team 😂

24 hrs. on a dirt bike is insane! Good job, the longest race I ever did was 2. Hrs. Viewfinders Grand Prix at Indian Dunes like 1981. That was brutal but I finished😎

Try a pair of twisted engineering carbon composite flex bars. Fast company bars I could never get comfortable with how ever twisted carbon bars are absolutely amazing and worth every penny you pay for them. Doug’s a great guy to deal with

thanks for the plug. how long have you had them and what rating number? i'm planning to get them to help reduce arm pump while racing moto. the rep said to go with the softest set... #4, so that's my plan. i am a bit wary of how safe they will be after some get-offs, like if they will get weakened from bending. but my aftermarket triple clamps have solid mounts, so i need something to soften the vibration etc. they are the lightest flex bar by far.

if you want to try a really great woods 24hr race come to Alabama, Perry Mountain 24 hour race, we have been doing it every year for over 20 years with the exception of the COVID year.
